The Services allow you to upload photos and create virtual try-on images ("Contributions"). You represent and warrant that your Contributions do not infringe on any third-party rights and comply with all applicable laws.

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly accept information from children under the age of 13.
11. TERM AND TERMINATION

16. NO REFUNDS FOR AI-GENERATED OUTPUT
Due to the nature of AI-generated virtual try-on images, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for virtual try-on sessions or generated images. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, please contact support@trynewstyle.com.
